Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
JOB DUTIES
This position manages the front desk operating as the Receptionist for the largest Behavioral Health Clinic in the District serving approximately 900 clients a month.
+ Welcomes and greet clients checking them in the Centralized Scheduling Systems as well as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), coding them appropriately for approximately 30 clinical staff and employees.
+ Prepares behavioral health intake forms daily, working closely with the clients we serve, assisting them with accessing new services and completion of said forms.
+ Collects and scans appropriate documentation for services.
+ Collects and post client’s payments according to District policy securing them at all times.
+ Answers multi telephone line, supplying callers and visitors with needed information relating to Behavioral Health services and/or community programs and resources; screen, direct and transfer calls and e-mail messages to appropriate staff.
+ Processes incoming and outgoing mail; manages the front desk waiting area for crowd control and cleanliness; update information and forms, attentive to client engagement and readiness to serve as needed, monitor timely completion of documentation/reports.
POSITION SPECIFIC DETAILS
Appointment Type:
+ Temporary Job Appointment: This position may be billed by temporary job appointment not to exceed 48 months.
+ Probational Appointment: Current permanent status state employees may be required to accept a probational appointment, if selected.
Compensation: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 3 - PAY LEVEL AS-609 has a minimum salary level of $13.77/hourly; $1,101.60/bi-weekly
Note regarding the advertised pay range: The advertised maximum amount listed is the maximum salary a person can make while in this title/level over their career and not the maximum amount we are allowed to pay a new hire.
