    Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Quote & Underwriting Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our underwriting operations and ensuring a smooth experience for both internal teams and external partners.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    Quote Management

     

    + Own the quote inbox: prioritize incoming requests, ensure timely turnaround, and provide clear, accurate responses.

    + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quote-related questions and concerns.

     

    Customer Service & Communication

     

    + Act as a liaison between underwriting and partners, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless quoting process.

     

    File & Data Management

     

    + Set up and maintain both electronic and physical underwriting files.

    + Review files for completeness, request missing information, and coordinate nurse reviews when needed.

     

    Onboarding & Case Support

     

    + Assist with processing new and sold case business, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

     

    Reporting & Analysis

     

    + Support the preparation of monthly reports and maintain Excel spreadsheets for underwriting intake review.

    What You Bring

    + Strong Excel data entry and administrative skills

    + Experience in office support, insurance administration, or financial services

    + Excellent organizational and communication abilities

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Associate’s degree preferred

    + Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
