About the Role:

As a Universal Advisor, you’ll be the voice of a luxury automotive brand, assisting customers across multiple communication platforms. From technical troubleshooting to empathetic support, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the premium quality of the brand.

Schedule & Flexibility:

+ Availability Required:

+ Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST

+ + Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST

+ Shift Bids: Every 3 months

+ Note: You won’t work 6 days a week, but flexibility across all hours is essential due to rotating shifts and shift swaps.

What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver white-glove service to luxury automotive customers

+ Troubleshoot technical issues related to vehicle connectivity, infotainment systems, Wi-Fi, and mobile apps

+ Handle cases with empathy, urgency, and creativity

+ Collaborate with team leaders and senior advisors to ensure seamless case resolution

+ Contribute to a vibrant, customer-first team culture

What We’re Looking For:

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment

+ Tech-savvy with a knack for troubleshooting

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Compensation & Perks:

+ Base Pay: $20/hour

+ Shift Premium: +$2/hour after 11:00 AM

+ Weekly Pay

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
