We are seeking a **Manager, Operations, Bioanalytical**  to join IQVIA Laboratories in **Indianapolis, IN** .

As a Manager, Operations, Bioanalytical, you’ll lead a team managing pre- and post-launch clinical trial activities, support protocol implementation, and enhance internal collaboration to drive operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

+ Provide day-to-day supervisory support, including task planning, performance appraisals, and coaching

+ Act as a subject matter expert for sponsor needs and guide team members on documentation and issue resolution

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in investigations and corrective actions

+ Serve as liaison between Project Services and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle

+ Escalate and triage study-specific issues to optimize client delivery and satisfaction

+ Coordinate ongoing client feedback activities and strengthen customer relationships

+ Support training, mentoring, and development of project team staff

+ Step into Project or Set-Up Manager duties as needed for short- or long-term coverage

What We Are Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or related field

+ 2–3 years in clinical or research industry roles, including at least 1 year in project management or project setup preferred

+ Experience with project and set-up management terminology and workflows

+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

+ Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

+ Familiarity with clinical research regulations, including ICH-GCP and sponsor compliance expectations

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard project management tools

+ Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

+ Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $77,100.00 - $160,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
