    Want to take technology to the next level? As IT&D RGM Deployment and Adoption Manager, you’ll have the freedom to think strategically, lead commercially and harness emerging trends to grow our business. We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities, focusing on Pricing and Promotion Analytics within the North American market. This role is pivotal in driving technological advancements to enhance business efficiency and competitiveness.

    Your responsibilities

    + **Strategic Deployment & Adoption:**

    + Lead the successful deployment of RGM products to the US and Canada markets.

    + Drive adoption within commercial teams, ensuring tools are effectively utilized to achieve business objectives.

    + Collaborate with market teams to refine processes, unlocking new RGM capabilities.

    + **Stakeholder Engagement:**

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.

    + Gather user requirements, translating them into actionable user stories for the product team.

    + Provide expertise and support to end-users, developing action plans based on analytical insights.

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

    + Partner with Global Product Owners, development teams, and Scrum Masters to design, build, and launch advanced analytics applications.

    + Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, App Development, and Business teams to develop global RGM tools.

    + Act as a bridge between market end-users and data scientists to translate category insights into product enhancements.

    + **Project Management:**

    + Oversee project timelines for data gathering and ensure timely analytical refreshes in collaboration with data and analytics teams.

    + Monitor product usability and identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.

    + **Market & Data Analysis:**

    + Utilize a deep understanding of CPG categories and Nielsen data to inform product development and deployment strategies.

    The experience we're looking for

    + Proven experience in product management, particularly in deploying and adopting analytical tools within commercial teams.

    + Strong understanding of RGM principles and their application in the CPG industry.

    + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

    + Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.

    + Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.

    US salary ranges

     

    USD $138,000.00 - $208,000.00
