Support the end-to-end management of client relationships and communications for marketing campaign planning and execution, from conceptualization to market delivery.

Assist in the development and management of tactical timelines and campaign execution activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, clients, creative resources, and production suppliers.

Prepare for and actively participate in internal and external planning and status meetings.

Gather, confirm, and communicate accurate campaign requirements to all relevant parties.

Collaborate with design teams to develop compelling copy and creative that aligns with client branding and campaign objectives.

Manage the versioning of marketing collateral and review production and creative audits for accuracy.

Coordinate client reviews and secure final approvals for campaign collateral.

Support invoice processing for suppliers and prepare client invoices.

Assist in the reconciliation of internal and client-related documentation.

Stay informed of industry trends and campaign results to recommend innovative marketing strategies and tests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in direct marketing, with a strong understanding of print production processes.

Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign results and understand key performance indicators (e.g., response rates, approval rates, cost per piece/account).

Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.

Comfortable with calculations used in direct marketing campaign management and invoicing.

Experience in the financial services sector is a significant plus.
