Job Description Summary
Lead the financial strategy and execution for the Waukesha manufacturing site, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment. This role partners closely with plant leadership to provide actionable financial insights, support key performance metrics (cost, cash, quality, fulfillment), and enable both short- and long-term initiatives, including New Product Introductions (NPIs) and strategic transfers.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Plant Financial Leadership: Oversee all aspects of site-level financials, including full P&L ownership, balance sheet accuracy (e.g., inventory, capital expenditures), and Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) management.
+ Operational Finance Partnership: Collaborate with plant operations to drive productivity, cost-out initiatives, and capital efficiency. Provide financial support for strategic initiatives and NPI execution.
+ NPI Financial Execution: Serve as the supply chain finance lead for high-impact NPIs (e.g., Lighthouse programs like Pluto), ensuring successful timely execution.
+ Forecasting & Reporting: Lead monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing cycles. Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to plant leadership.
+ Budgeting & Standard Setting: Manage the annual budgeting process, including financial targets, productivity goals, and resource planning. Support the standard cost setting process for the site.
+ Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and automate financial processes, allowing for greater focus on strategic and operational decision-making.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related field from a university or college
+ A minimum of 6 years’ financial work experience OR OFLP graduate with 4 years experience.
Desired Characteristics
+ Supply chain finance experience preferred.
+ Ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and provide insights into opportunities to improve the business.
+ Ability to successfully lead projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas, breakdown problems, identify solutions and implement solutions
+ Experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, etc.) Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels and functions
+ Experience working in a matrixed, global, cross functional environment
