Senior Living Community -
As Sales & Marketing Director, you will collaborate with the home office sales and marketing team on all aspects of community marketing, referral outreach, and lead generation. You will build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and families, guide them through the decision-making process, and ensure a smooth transition into our community. You will also build strong connections with local partners, healthcare professionals, and the broader community to promote Aldersgate’s mission and services.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and sales strategies to maintain and grow occupancy.
+ Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
+ Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry through move-in, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
+ Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, follow-ups, and conversions.
+ Represent Aldersgate at community events and networking opportunities.
+ Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with operational priorities.
Requirements
+ Proven experience in senior living sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with older adults and their families.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
+ Creative, motivated, and goal-oriented, with a genuine passion for serving others.
+ Familiarity with CRM systems and basic marketing tools is a plus.
