Salary: $1246 / Week

Are you a reliable and compassionate LPN looking for flexibility, great pay, and a chance to make a real impact? Join our dedicated care team at a mid-size Long Term Care facility that includes assisted living, rehab, and a 36-bed memory care unit.

+ Provide personalized nursing care under supervision

+ Exercise sound clinical judgment and critical thinking

+ Collaborate with the team to manage and coordinate patient care

+ Float to various units when needed—flexibility is key!

+ Facility sits on Lake Michigan with scenic views and a calm, supportive environment

+ Work alongside experienced professionals in rehab, memory care & assisted living

+ Choose the shifts that work best for your schedule

+ Active LPN license in Wisconsin

+ Current health certificate, PPD/chest X-ray

+ Valid BLS card

+ 1+ year of nursing experience preferred (LTC experience strongly valued)

+ Familiarity with memory care is a plus

+ Must meet federal, state & local screening requirements
