Join our team as a Behavior Technician and play a vital role in supporting students and adults in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. In this rewarding position, you’ll work closely with school staff and behavioral specialists to create positive learning environments and foster growth and independence in those you serve.

    Essential Duties and responsibilities:

    + Support children and adults with special needs in educational and behavioral settings

    + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement personalized strategies

    + Help individuals reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    + At least 1 years of experience working with children (pediatric experience preferred)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be 18 years or older
