Salary: $19 / Hour

Start Date: August 18, 2025

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week

Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

Contract Length: 36 weeks

Openings: Elementary, Middle, and High School Positions Available

As a School Aide , you’ll work closely with students who require instructional and/or behavioral assistance under the guidance of the Special Education Department. You’ll also provide essential support for students with personal care and mobility needs, helping them thrive in both academic and social settings.

+ Support students with IEP goals in reading, math, speech, and life skills

+ Assist in classroom activities, small groups, and one-on-one instruction

+ Help students integrate into general education settings

+ Provide personal care support (feeding, hygiene, mobility)

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals

+ Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards

+ Assist with classroom organization, materials prep, and clerical tasks

? Requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Health certificate (as required)

+ Completion of new hire training

+ Strong communication skills and computer proficiency

+ Understanding of HIPAA and student confidentiality

+ Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives
