Salary: $2177 / Week

Hourly - $18.81/hr

Lodging - $925/week

Meals - $500/week

Total weekly gross - $2,177.40/week (pre-tax)

Local pay (40 hours):

Hourly - $45/hr

Please note:

Must have 1 year experience working with elderly patients.

Must have 1 year home health experience

Must have recent EPIC emr system experience.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN(Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) – Home Health provides skilled one-on-onenursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated toappointments, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursingprogram

+ Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursein the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice

+ One year prior professional nursing experience, home careexperience preferred

+ Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
