    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Job Description:

    + Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.

    + Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.

    + Provide resident and family education.

    + Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

    + Supervising CNAs

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    + Current Tennessee License-LPN
