What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
+ In this position you will get opportunities to:
+ Inculcate and Drive the EHS & ESG culture within the organization
+ Work with CFT to achieve and improve Site EHS & ESG metrics
+ Plan, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate Occupational Health & Safety Programs
+ Formation of Safety Committee (Own the Periodic meeting to resolve the EHS related issues, discuss good practices, take corrective & preventive actions)
+ Celebrate EHS days & programs (Conduct contests & events for the EHS day celebration)
+ Prepare, maintain & implement required EHS related documents, files, formats for construction projects as well as for the facilities).
+ Follow up and monitor the service, maintenance, and calibrations of fire and safety systems at facilities & construction sites.
+ Assist Sales & Proposal Team for the required EHS & Quality related documents, Certifications & other required documents for the Bid proposal. (Project Safety Plan, EHS Certifications, EHS Track Records, EHS Manual, SOP’s, & QSP’s etc.)
+ Prepare the facility for on-site emergency
+ Prepare & Implement visitors & contractors Safety program for the facilities
+ Prepare & Implement Project Safety Plan for the construction projects
+ Provide Trainings & Briefings to field Managers, Engineers & Technicians (Construction & Supervision Team/s)
+ Coordinate inspections, incident report, near miss report & investigations.
+ Coordinate Carry Out Compliance Audit alongside Global Director, EHS
+ Prepare & submit monthly EHS report to Global Director, EHS
+ Co-Ordinate with External Agencies for EHS compliances & documentation
+ Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste Management & Disposal as per Statutory &/Regulatory Guidelines. Any other EHS & ESG requirements arising from time to time.
YOU Have:
+ Academic background in Engineering Elec/ Mech
+ Previous experience in or with 8 – 12 years leading EHS Operations in core manufacturing industry.
+ Working knowledge on local and national applicable Statutory / Legal relate to EHS
+ Relevant Diploma in Industrial Safety + ESG will be a plus.
