CTG is seeking Epic Appointment Conversion Specialist. The Epic Appointment Conversion Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy scheduling systems to the Epic platform. This individual will review, validate, and input appointment data into Epic, coordinating closely with clinic and department teams to minimize disruption and maintain scheduling accuracy during go-live.

Key Responsibilities

+ Convert existing patient appointments from legacy systems to Epic.

+ Validate appointment data for accuracy and completeness.

+ Collaborate with scheduling departments to reconcile discrepancies.

+ Assist in managing Epic work queues related to appointment conversion.

+ Provide real-time support during go-live to clinical and operational staff.

+ Identify and escalate scheduling issues during conversion.

+ Document workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

+ Experience with Epic systems, especially Cadence (Epic’s scheduling module).

+ Previous participation in an Epic go-live or system implementation preferred.

+ Familiarity with healthcare scheduling workflows and terminology.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

+ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment

The expected base salary for this position is $37.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
