Required Education/Experience
+ High School Diploma/GED and 7 years Equivalent industry experience in development, use or management of business applications and LAN Support functions or
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent technical field and 3 years Equivalent industry experience in development, use or management of business applications and LAN support functions. or
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent technical field and 2 years
Relevant Work Experience
+ Two years of experience working in a Windows operating System environment and troubleshooting handheld devices (Surface Pros or industry equivalent) and peripheral equipment (barcode scanners, iPhones), required.
+ Two years of experience as a Local Area network (LAN) administrator, help desk analyst, telecommunications analyst or equivalent role, required.
+ Two years of experience supporting software updates to computing devices (Surface Pros or industry equivalent), preferred.
+ Two years of experience investigating and resolving account or record discrepancies across accounting, billing or work management systems and/or processes, preferred.

Physical Demands
+ Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
+ Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
+ Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday
+ Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday
+ Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday
+ Ability to read small print and symbols
Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Must be able and willing to work overtime and travel within the Company service territory as needed.
+ Must be able to periodically work with field organizations on job locations for testing and troubleshooting software/device issues
