    Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly

     

    Role and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, the Diverse Care Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for the Diverse Care Initiative.

    Essential Functions:

    + Scheduling and set-up of in-person and remote meetings, including conference room reservations.

    + Preparing correspondence, memos, outlines, presentations, and reports

    + Liaises with Administrative Operations to order necessary office supplies via online portal.

    + Coordinates and assists with planning outreach events.

    + Assists with special projects as required.

    + Assists with outreach activities and functions as needed.

    + Assists with reception area coverage rotation as required.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Education Requirements:

    + AAS degree Office Administrative Assistant preferred. Will consider High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    + Computer fluency required; including demonstrated daily use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS Teams, and Outlook.

    + Experienced navigating and coordinating/saving information in share drives and/or Sharepoint.

    + Demonstrated professional telephone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.

    + Ability to work well with deadlines and multiple priorities.

     

    Work Environment

    The working conditions are classified as light work:

    + Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Light work involves sitting most of the time.
