    We are seeking a **Team Lead** to support and lead the operation of the department to meet orders for Company products and customer service levels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can assess and prioritize tasks effectively,

    Team Lead

    Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

    2nd Shift 4:30pm-1am M-F

    + Reporting to the ISS Site Supervisor, the Team Lead helps direct the operation of the department to meet orders for Company products and customer service levels.

    + Conduct startup meetings.

    + Directs tasks, guides and instructs employees.

    + Monitors daily accumulation of waste and recyclables.

    + Works with the Supervisor to track inventory and schedule shipments.

    + Ensures all containers are properly labelled and stored in a safe manner and that all empty drums and pails are disposed of in a proper manner.

    + Directs the loading and unloading of Van Trailers of Recyclables and Waste.

    + Directs cleaning and maintenance duties.

    + Know the job duties of each direct report.

    + Fills that role when a team member is out.

    + Special Tasks assigned by Management.

    Education:

    + High school diploma or equivalent working experience.

    + Good mathematical, clerical and communication skills.

    + Experience working outdoors is a must.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.

    + Ability to lead with safety, ethics, and respect in the workplace.
