**Job Title:** Senior Implementation Specialist (multiple openings)

**Job Location:** Riverwoods, IL

**Job Type:** Full Time

**Duties:** Analyzes requirements documentation and works with business partners to ensure requirements are clear and complete. Conducts structured reviews with business partners on potential errors in requirements or omissions. Identifies inconsistencies between existing policies and new strategies. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

**Requirements** : Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Studies or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an Information Technology Project Managers-related occupation.

**Position requires skills:** Utilizing technical coding skills like C++ or Java; Experience with architecture, cloud computing, and programing; Experience with SQL and querying; Code and test rules in rules-based decision engines; Reporting and scripting languages including Tableau, Unix, and snowsight; and Planning projects, assessing risks and opportunities, creating implementation plans, communicating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting problems.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program

**Rate of Pay:** _The base pay for this position generally ranges between_ _$68,203 to $113,000_ _. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
