    The opportunity

     

    Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a part-time Banquet Bartender to join us at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events while providing an excellent guest experience.

    Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

    Pay

    $16.50 - $16.50 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items

    + Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions

    + Maintain bar supplies and glasswareand know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available

    + Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests

    + Ensureall bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift

    More about you

    + No high school diploma or GED required

    + Must be at least 21 years of age

    + Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience

    + Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required

    + Previous experience using computerized point of sale system required

    Physical requirements

    + Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

    + Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

    + Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
