**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Provide guidance and instruction to game protection operators on assigned shifts. Manage requests and investigations related to table & card games. Assist Game Protection Manager with goals and projects to meet operational goals. You will report to the Game Protection Manager.

PG 9 | Full Time | 3rd Shift

Primary Tasks:

1. You will oversee the operations and activities of the surveillance game protection room and assist the Game Protection Manager with equipment issues.

2. Monitor surveillance activities to ensure applicable governing standards and organization/departmental procedures are followed.

3. Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance related activity and demonstrate and support of leadership directives.

4. Ensure communication between all three shifts and the Game Protection Manager.

5. You will conduct training for Game Protection Operators to ensure they remain aware of changes in policy and procedures that affect their business environment.

6. Investigate and prepare reports on suspicious activity observed on Card/Table Games.

7. Review all reports prepared by the Game Protection Operators to ensure accuracy and confirm all evidence is stored.

8. Manage and document associate performance, ensuring department’s goals and requirements are met.

9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Ability to work and communicate both orally and in writing

* 1+ year experience with Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions), use of email and Internet

* Knowledge of all card/table games policies, procedures, and game play

* Two (2) years of casino table games and/or surveillance experience.
