    A Day in the Life of a Cash Disbursements Clerk at Hanson

    Here’s a snapshot of what you would do in this role:

    + Part-time position - 30 hours per week, ideally 5 days a week, 6 hours a day.

    + Process accounts payable checks and employee expense reimbursements.

    + Process subconsultant vendor invoices into the electronic approval system.

    + Complete various registration forms for clients and vendors.

    + Assist with the management of project contracts.

    + Perform various other bookkeeping, clerical, and department tasks as needed.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop and present concepts.

    + Must be able to build effective relationships with internal and external client bases.

    + Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.

    + High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

    + Must be able to collaborate remotely with colleagues in other offices.

    Education/Experience:

    + Position requires a high school education with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.

    + Must possess a valid driver’s license.

     

    This is a non-exempt position. The pay range is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
