    Job Description:

    We're hiring a General Manager to lead sales, client engagement, and community outreach. The Manager of DivaDance Austin is responsible for managing day-to-day operations that support monthly and quarterly objectives across the class/memberships, private lessons and parties, and dance programs revenue verticals. This is a full-time, in-studio role for a motivated, results-driven, people-loving superstar who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role is 75-80% focused on sales and client experience, and 10–20% team coordination and studio operations, and 10-20% leading, coaching, and holding teammates accountable.

     

    This is a full time, salaried position (base salary range of $45-50k based on experience) plus commissions and bonuses. Compensation also includes health insurance (50% paid by employer), plus other benefits like apparel, classes, paid travel, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    + Day-to-day oversight of all local staff

    + Strong command of the DivaDance membership sales system; provide support to ground personnel regarding client follow ups and sales strategy

    + Oversight of client support including membership processing/cancellations, enrollments, billing issues, questions, etc. which includes daily monitoring of all client communication touch points (Google Voice, Email, DMs, etc.)

    + Oversight of all Marketing and Lead Generation activities; management of class schedules, class promotion, and class operations

    + Ensure social media is consistent and on-brand

    + Oversight of parties and programs business to meet revenue objectives of the business

    + Manage all aspects of hiring new staff members including job posts, interviews/screening, and initial onboarding and training coordination

    + Daily on-call responsiveness is required - including nights and weekends
