    FLSA Status:             Part-Time (20 hours/week), Non-Exempt

    Location/Shift:          Monroe, Ohio / 1st or 2nd Shift

     

    Essential Function:           Lahlouh Inc., the leading nationwide digital printing company is seeking a reliable and hands-on IT Support Technician (Part-Time) to provide onsite support for our Monroe, Ohio facility. This role is ideal for a junior-level candidate with an interest in IT who is eager to contribute to a professional technology environment while gaining experience. You will support our remote team of IT System Administrators and Help Desk staff based out of our Burlingame, CA headquarters by assisting with onsite hardware management, basic troubleshooting, workstation setup, and equipment coordination at our Monroe, Ohio facility.

     

    This is a non-exempt position with a fixed part-time schedule. Candidates must be comfortable working independently onsite and coordinating remotely with a distributed IT team.

    Responsibilities:

    + Communicate regularly with our remote IT team to coordinate tasks and updates.

    + Set up and configure workstations, including monitors, docking stations, desktops/laptops, and printers.

    + Deactivate and organize hardware for devices being retired or returned.

    + Locate and report on computer names and asset inventory data to assist the remote Systems Administration team.

    + Provide basic troubleshooting support for end-user issues involving computers, printers, and WiFi.

    + Act as hands-on support for server room tasks under direction from remote System Administrators (e.g., racking equipment, checking cables, replacing power sources).

    + Receive toner shipments, check contents, and place items in designated storage locations and manage inventory.

    + Maintain tidy and organized equipment shelving areas.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Demonstrated interest or coursework in IT, technical support, or computer hardware (certifications or school experience acceptable).

    + Basic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Windows operating systems, basic networking concepts, Microsoft/Office 365.

    + Ability to follow remote instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Professionalism and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely (up to 40 lbs).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in an IT support or help desk role is a plus but not required.

    + Familiarity with basic cabling and physical network setup.

    + Interest in or exposure to server hardware, network switches, wireless access points, routers, or structured cabling.

    + Understanding of IT asset lifecycle (deployment, decommissioning, inventory).

    + Comfort with using IT ticketing systems.

    Compensation:

    + Hourly rate based on experience. This is a part-time, non-benefited role.
