    Pay Range: $18 - $20 hourly

    What will you be doing?

     

    As a Payroll Clerk, you will work with employees and our Finance and HR Departments to support aspects of payroll processing. Responsibilities include:

     

    • Processing employee changes and self service portal information, including taxes, direct deposit, personal information, etc.

    • Ensuring ADP database is compliant with company policy and applicable regulations.

    • Smoothly integrating information of newly acquired groups into current systems.

    • Finalizing all employee terminations and leaves.

    • Responding to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll.

    • Ensuring all statutory and other remittances are reconciled correctly.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Associate Degree in finance or related field preferred

    • 1 year administrative experience required

    • Experience with ADP products an asset

    • Knowledge of USA payroll regulations an asset
