    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled **Engineer Processer** to help design, plan, and optimize material-processing operations critical to aerospace manufacturing. From cutting and shaping to polishing and plating, your work will ensure quality and efficiency at every stage of production, directly contributing to the creation of next-generation aerospace products.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Design sequences and plan layouts for processes such as hardening, washing, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, painting, and plating.

    + Specify procedures for preparing and processing materials in aerospace manufacturing.

    + Balance conflicting requirements while evaluating economic methods and operator efficiency.

    + Conduct tests and measurements to control variables like temperature, density, specific gravity, pressure, and viscosity during production.

    + Develop processing requirements and equipment specifications.

    + Support production, business, and operational processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.

    + Contribute to machine/equipment design adaptations to meet factory conditions and production goals.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR associate’s degree/certificate in a STEM discipline.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with basic military specifications.

    + Experience with MIG & TIG welding processes.

    + Strong electronics background and fundamental understanding of test systems.

    + Experience with computer networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).

    + Experience administering and deploying Windows operating systems.

    **Pay Details:** $37.16 to $46.64 per hour
