As the Senior Product Owner for My International (OnCommand Connection) Fleet Management Solutions (FMS), you will spearhead the strategic vision and tactical execution of our connected fleet platform. Leading cross-functional teams, you'll drive innovation in IoT and connected vehicle technologies while delivering exceptional value to our commercial transportation customers. This senior role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to shape the future of fleet management solutions.

Responsibilities
+ Own the product vision and roadmap for My International (OnCommand Connection) FMS, aligning technical capabilities with market demands and business objectives
+ Lead requirements definition by synthesizing input from customers, dealers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
+ Drive product innovation in connected vehicle technologies including IoT platforms, telematics, and remote diagnostics
+ Champion agile development processes, serving as primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
+ Define and monitor success metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction
+ Manage trade-off decisions between features, technical debt, and release timelines
+ Mentor junior product team members and contribute to product management best practices
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree
+ At least 6 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
+ At least 3 years of leadership experience

+ Master's degree
+ At least 5 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
+ At least 3 years of leadership experience
OR
+ At least 10 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
+ At least 3 years of leadership experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
+ MBA or advanced technical degree
+ Experience with:
+ SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks
+ Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
+ Automotive or heavy equipment industries
+ Proven track record with connected vehicle technologies, IoT platforms, or fleet management systems
+ Deep domain expertise in commercial transportation, including Vehicle data systems and architecture, Telematics and remote diagnostics
+ Strong technical background with ability to:
+ Evaluate system architectures and API designs
+ Prioritize technical debt vs feature development
+ Understand data flows in distributed systems
+ Exceptional leadership skills with experience:
+ Leading without direct authority across matrixed organizations
+ Presenting to executive leadership
+ Driving consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities
