What you'll do:
+ **Requirement and Scoping Analysis:**
+ Conduct risk and cost analysis to align with business objectives.
+ Gather, classify, and document functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories and domain-specific needs.
+ Assess existing solutions, identify gaps, and recommend updates or modifications to meet business and technical needs.
+ Anticipate solution risks during requirements gathering and communicate corrective actions to stakeholders.
+ Contribute to the creation of user stories and scoping for complex applications, especially in agile environments.
+ **Solution Design:**
+ Assist in designing scalable, distributed software solutions using industry best practices and design patterns.
+ Evaluate trade-offs and convert high-level designs into detailed technical specifications, including mockups and pseudocode.
+ Ensure solutions meet disaster recovery, MVP, and non-functional requirements.
+ **Coding:**
+ Apply coding standards and guidelines using languages such as JavaScript, Python, C, and relevant frameworks (e.g., .NET, Cocoa, Android).
+ Select appropriate platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Apple iOS) and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Linx, Embold) for development.
+ Guide and mentor the team on coding patterns, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
+ Implement telemetry, automation scripts, and ensure code quality, security, and scalability.
+ Conduct code reviews and support secure SDLC practices.
+ **Testing:**
+ Develop and execute test strategies, including automation (e.g., Selenium, Jira, Eggplant) and manual testing.
+ Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functionality, performance, security, integration, and accessibility.
+ Select and implement appropriate testing tools and environments.
+ **Program Monitoring:**
+ Monitor project progress against milestones and timelines using program metrics and reporting tools.
+ Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure adherence to CI/CD processes.
+ **Defect Management and Troubleshooting:**
+ Track, analyze, and resolve defects using defect tracking tools and methodologies.
+ Conduct regression testing and troubleshoot performance and availability issues.
+ **DevOps Orientation:**
+ Perform complex maintenance procedures and monitor application performance using telemetry and analytics.
+ Analyze logs, evaluate change requests, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience with software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable design.
+ Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C) and frameworks.
+ Familiarity with CI/CD, code management, and secure SDLC practices.
+ Experience with test automation tools and methodologies.
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in agile development environments.
+ Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
+ Experience with telemetry, monitoring, and DevOps tools.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
