BSS Analyst

The **Business Support Systems (BSS) Analyst** is our first line of user support for our BSS applications including Adaptive Insights, Box, SharePoint, Salesforce, Workday and others. Reporting to the BSS Manager in Overland Park, Kansas, you’ll work with our business system administrators to support user case resolution, enhance applications, and facilitate great user experiences.
**RESPONSIBILITIES,** other duties may be assigned.
+ Provide front line support to users creating BSS tickets
+ Resolve tier one BSS application cases
+ Coordinate with BSS Administrator and management on Tier 2 & 3 case resolution
+ Support and drive continued BSS case submittal and resolution experience improvements.
+ Support end user BSS application training material development and delivery
+ Provide end user training and execute business system information sharing and training sessions.
+ Lead facilitation and collaboration for business process documentation with impacted departments.
+ Measure and report on impact of change management campaigns.
+ Provide monthly case reporting to BSS management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
+ Two or more years of business application support experience, including but not limited to Box, Workday, or Salesforce
+ US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts.
