• HR Data Analyst II

    Job Summary:

    Must Have Skills:

    + **Experience working with HR, operational, workforce data or employee data**

    + **Strong understanding of data privacy and sensitivity**

    + **Strong communication skills**

    + **Experience supporting a client / stakeholder management**

    + **Familiarity with** **building reports and dashboards** in tools like **Visier, Tableau, or Power BI.**

     

    In this role, you’ll support an upcoming **HR data project** to track and report **employee data** to people leaders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Build and maintain clear, actionable reports or views that people leaders can use independently.

    + Validate views after data refresh, troubleshoot

    + Develop supporting documentation, job aids, or training materials for users.

    + Troubleshoot data or access issues and help ensure a smooth rollout.

    + Be the main point of contact for questions from users or

    What We’re Looking For:

    + **Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, or related field**

    + **Strong command of Microsoft Office with advanced/expert technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint**

    + Strong experience working with **HR, operational, or workforce data**

    + Familiarity with **building reports and dashboards** in tools like **Visier, Tableau, or Power BI.**

    + Solid understanding of data privacy and sensitivity when working with **employee data.**

    + Experience in creating clear and effective job aids and training documentation

    + Effective presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills to provide training on a one-on-one basis or to groups — you’re comfortable explaining data to non-technical audiences.

    + Strong customer service skills

    + **Visier experience** is a plus but not required — a quick learner with strong data fundamentals is more important
