As we continue advancing our Data & Analytics initiatives, we are seeking a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic planning, vendor management, and financial decision-making across our agile-driven organization.

    Position Summary

    The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial oversight and vendor management for the Data & Analytics division. Working directly with the Senior Manager (who leads program management, agile coaching, and business analysis), this role will support cross-functional teams in delivering value through data-driven strategies while ensuring financial discipline and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for the division

    • Provide financial insights that influence strategic and operational decisions

    • Track and report on financial performance across agile programs and analytics initiatives

    Vendor Management

    • Own vendor onboarding, contract oversight, and performance evaluations

    • Partner with procurement and legal to ensure compliance, renewals, and optimization of vendor agreements

    • Monitor vendor KPIs and cost-effectiveness in support of delivery goals

    Strategic & Cross-Functional Support

    • Collaborate with agile coaches and business analysts to ensure alignment between financial goals and program deliverables

    • Provide ad hoc analysis and investment recommendations to senior leaders

    • Contribute to continuous improvement in financial governance within an agile operating model

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, consulting, or data-driven environments

    • Strong knowledge of FP&A practices and vendor lifecycle management

    • Proven ability to support agile or program-oriented teams

    • Expertise in Excel, financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
