Job Overview
Executive level responsibility for all areas of MHealth Fairview's medical transportation business including Ambulance, MedKab, Vehicle Services, Communications Center, Office of the Medical Director, Education and Data Analytics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to all aspects of day to day operational performance, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, staffing, employee engagement, development of annual operating and capital budgets, customer experience and business growth and development.
Responsibilities
+ Participates as a member of the Shared Clinical Services leadership team.
+ Delivers services and maximizes operational excellence through use of quality and process/lean improvement tools and techniques to assess workflow opportunities and ensures process improvements.
+ Provides leadership and direction for the development of strategies to promote the recruitment, retention and recognition of staff.
+ Develops and manages annual operational and capital budgets. Ensures financial and operational benchmarking using appropriate resource management and utilization.
+ Monitor and improve financial performance including volumes, staff and other costs, and accounts receivable. Drives cost savings methods and revenue generation amongst all divisions.
+ Provides coordination and oversight of contracts with M Health Fairview Medical Transportation (supply chain, business partners, vendors, payers etc.).
+ Partners with key internal and external stakeholders to position M Health Fairview Medical Transportation as a strategic business partner within the Fairview Health System and the communities served.
+ Responsible for oversight of deployment models and staffing decisions within the divisions based on strategic initiatives to metrics.
+ Ensures regulatory compliance with all Federal and State agencies including the EMSRB, EMS Council and other government or accreditation agencies.
Required Qualifications
+ Masters in Business Admin administration, healthcare administration, management or equivalent experience.
+ 5 years leadership experience
+ 5 years prehospital, emergency medical services care experience
+ Field response and incident command experience
+ Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) within 180 Days
Preferred Qualifications
+ 5 years experience in health care leadership which includes emergency medical services leadership
+ Nationally Registered EMT
+ Minnesota EMSRB Certified EMT or Paramedic

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
