    Staff Management | SMX is hiring Quality Assurance Technicians to join our warehouse team at SK Food Group.     **Shift Information** :

    + **_2nd Shift Production:_** Monday-Friday, 2:30PM to 11:00PM

    Pay Rate: $19.50 / hour

    Duties:

    + Assist with tasks related to quality of finished products, raw ingredients and packaging materials.

    + Collect measurements, test and report results on various components to ensure they fall within specification ranges.

    + Ensure that sandwiches are being built to specification.

    + Conduct in line audits/product assessments for specification compliance on food products.

    + Coordinate with production on regulatory and quality issues, and document corrective actions.

    + Ensure GMPs are being followed.

    + Assess facility for sanitary compliance.

    + Collect weights and measurements of finished good products.

    + Ensure package integrity and accuracy.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements:

    + Ability to operate standard lab equipment.

    + Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Be detailed and organized.

    + Problem solving skills.

    + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs),

    + Knowledge of Food Safety fundamentals is desirable.

    + The ability to read and understand specifications and other technical documents.

    + Strong attention to detail; data and sample collection, accuracy in paperwork.

    + Ability to use a tablet/iPad.

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, No Drug Test Required.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
