Job Summary: MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated rehab team in a full-time role that offers both variety and meaningful patient impact. This position is a split between Glenridge and Acute Care Therapy at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta.

Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
+ Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
+ Document progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
+ Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families throughout the care continuum
+ Assist with discharge planning and recommend appropriate support resources
+ Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support staff as needed

What You Bring:
+ Maine State Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA (preferred, or earned within 1 year)
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
+ A strong clinical foundation and a thoughtful, collaborative approach
