Product Manager Responsibilities:
1. Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products.
2. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
3. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
4. Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal), and guide the team through key milestones.
6. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
7. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
8. Identify and track key performance metrics.
9. 10% domestic travel required.
Minimum Qualifications:

10. Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
11. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:
12. 1. Product management or product design
13. 2. Product management or related industry experience
14. 3. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.),
15. and guide the team through key milestones
16. 4. Delivering technical presentations
17. 5. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
18. 6. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
19. 7. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
Public Compensation:
$198,102/year to $200,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
