As the Sr. Rebate Administrator, you will be an integral member of a team that negotiates, evaluates, and executes sales contracts for U.S. markets. The Sr. Rebate Administrator will be assigned to process one or more of the following: Managed Care rebates, Medicaid claims, government and Trade/Mail Order claims, and wholesaler fees.
What you will be doing:
+ Preparing/maintaining contract parameters in Ascensia's contracting operational systems, including customer membership/plans/affiliations, products, prices, performance tiers, eligibility periods, and rebate rates.
+ Entering customer utilization data to support accurate calculation of rebates. Ensuring data is error-free and loaded correctly in operational systems.
+ Reviewing and processing all claims accurately, identifying possible disputes.
+ Working with internal/external customers to resolve outstanding disputes in a timely manner.
+ Reviewing proposed changes to contract terms and providing feedback to the Strategy team as needed.
+ Providing claim processing reports and metric tracking statistics to departmental management on a regular basis to provide visibility as to the status, volume, and potential liability of future rebates, fees, and other payments.
+ Developing SOPs and user guides, and expanding/updating existing documentation.
+ Identifying needs to improve operations and processes of the group.
Skills you will need:
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years of experience processing one or more of the following: Managed Care rebates, Medicaid claims, government and commercial chargebacks, and/or wholesaler fees within a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
+ Knowledge and experience in interpreting commercial and government contracts.
+ Track record of developing and providing data analyses and reporting.
+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Contract Management Systems, such as Model N (or other comparable system).
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
+ Prior role as a Business User in the implementation of a Contract Management System is a plus.
+ Knowledge and experience in using analytics platforms and data visualization tools, such as Incorta, Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
