    Job Posting: Transportation Dispatcher (Part Time - 20 hours)

    **Position Purpose:** Join Trinity Health PACE (TH PACE) as a Transportation Dispatcher, where you'll play a crucial role in managing the scheduling and coordination of transportation services for our participants. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee dispatching activities, ensuring timely and efficient door-to-door transportation while maintaining clear communication with drivers, transportation supervisors, and other key personnel.

    What You Will Do:

    + Coordinate daily transportation operations, including scheduling and communication with drivers and other team members.

    + Reroute bus routes and adjust driver assignments to meet participants' needs effectively.

    + Manage the daily delivery of home meals, durable medical equipment, and pharmacy supplies.

    + Act as a backup driver if needed and maintain the transportation software program.

    + Ensure safe and timely transportation, handle delays or issues promptly, and support quality improvement initiatives

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + At least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations, or willingness to undergo training.

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

    + Employee Medical Statement meeting North Carolina standards required.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation software, with strong organizational and communication skills.
