Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS **:**
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provider candidates.
+ Compile and analyze data in creating reports for presentation to Medical Group Administration & Physician Leaders.
+ Provides assistance with onboarding of new providers and residents and ongoing support in relation to HR questions and concerns.
+ Performs general administrative support requiring proficiency in the utilization of various software and application packages and the ability to navigate and access internal information systems, e.g., Peoplesoft
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED **:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, event planning, or related field required.
+ Experience in supporting physicians/providers preferred.
+ Ability to work and communicate with diverse backgrounds
+ Strong analytical and strategic thought processes
+ Strong communication skills
