    What you’ll do:

    + Provide compassionate, transformative Spiritual Care experiences to patients, families, and staff

    + Respect and support the diverse spiritual, religious, and cultural needs of those we serve

    + Assess spiritual distress and deliver timely, professional interventions and referrals

    + Document assessments and care plans in the electronic medical record

    + Serve as a vital member of the inter-professional healthcare team, integrating spiritual support into patient care

    + Collaborate with faith leaders and clergy from local communities as appropriate

    + Facilitate prayer, meditation, and worship opportunities across all faiths

    + Promote spiritual wellness among colleagues through education and workplace spirituality programs

    What you’ll need** **for this job:

    + Master’s degree in Theology, Religion, or Spirituality (or equivalent experience)

    + 1–3 years of spiritual care experience with CPE training

    + Board Certification (BCC) preferred via APC, CASC, NACC, or NAJC

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to support patients and staff through crisis, grief, and significant life events

    Compensation:

    Pay Range: $23.18 - $35.92 per hour

     

    _Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
