    About the Role:

    We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting and strategic planning for hospital drug pricing programs, including 340B initiatives, pharmacy operations, and BayCare Medical Group. This is an ideal role for a financial professional who enjoys working with data, driving efficiency, and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver measurable impact in healthcare.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead the enhancement and streamlining of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

    + Provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis for drug pricing, focusing on 340B pharmacy programs and related initiatives

    + Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports and financial presentations to leadership and stakeholders

    + Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Business Intelligence (BI) platforms

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for financial optimization and compliance

    + Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting drug pricing and reimbursement

    + Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    + **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

    + **Preferred** : Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)

    Experience:

    + **Required:** 5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting

    + 1 year of experience in **healthcare finance**

    + **Preferred:**

    + 1 year of experience related to **403B** or drug pricing/340B programs
