    JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

    Interfaces with line personnel to analyze performance needs and recommends appropriate training solutions.Develops and maintains operations training programs.

    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Interfaces with line personnel to analyze performance needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.

    + Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training materials and programs using the systematic approach to training.

    + Administers and coordinates training programs for sites and corporate groups as assigned.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum education required for the position.

     

    Desired: B.S. Degree in education, engineering, or related technical degree or equivalent.

     

    Minimum experience required for the position.

     

    + 12+ years commercial nuclear plant experience (commercial or military)

    + OR 3+ years of experience **teaching or developing curriculum in an education or academic environment** with a B.S. Degree ineducation, engineering, or related technical degree or equivalent.

    + OR 3+ years of experience in **nuclear training** with a B.S. Degree ineducation, engineering, or related technical degree or equivalent.

     

    Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position.

     

    + Technical proficiency in the assigned area.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

     

    Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position.

     

    **Desired:** Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) or certification on BWR, PWR or both
