    What you will do

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Commercial Operations Analyst to join our US Truck channel team in Greensboro, NC. This critical role will drive pricing strategy, audit processes, and business analysis to support profitable growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert and system steward for our CRM platform (Salesforce) and pricing tool (SuperTrump), developing scalable solutions and ensuring data integrity across systems.

    Pricing & Analytics

    • Lead development of complex pricing structures for Class 8 truck market

    • Serve as the pricing subject matter expert for financial products: Loans, FMV, TRAC, Split TRAC, and Synthetic Leases.

    • Provide strategic pricing guidance to sales and credit teams; perform monthly audits for accuracy.

    • Understanding of financial measures and impact of After-Tax Return on Equity (ATROE), ROE, ROI, and other financial metrics

    • Develop and document pricing policies and best practices tailored to the truck finance business.

    • Maintain expert ownership of SuperTrump (and other pricing tools) and support training and documentation efforts.

    • Assess tax implications on proposed structures and provide advisory support to internal tax/accounting teams.

    • Deliver ad hoc pricing reports and strategic analysis for leadership and cross-functional teams, and credit committees.

    • Support contract modifications and credit requests with accurate pricing solutions.

    • Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, SuperTrump, and other tools for reporting and strategic decision-making.

    • Drive data-driven insights for improved market performance and customer retention.

    • Lead initiatives to improve Truck channel processes and drive operational excellence.

    • Champion customer retention and conquest through improved systems, processes, and data stewardship.

    Salesforce Administration

    • Administer Salesforce instance for the business.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Credit, Customer Service, IT) to align on platform direction and scale.

    • Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce workflows and pricing configurations.

    • Serve as a consultant to the business to review, gather requirements, and implement solutions to create efficiency and effectiveness to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

    • Lead cross-functional initiates in US and Canada aimed at improving system usability, business processes, and customer experience.

    • Oversee and improve Salesforce functionality and usage, ensuring accurate and complete data within the US Truck sale channel.

    • Ensure CRM data integrity and lead training initiatives for internal users.

     

    Who are you?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

    • 2+ years’ experience in pricing, business analytics, or commercial operations preferred.

    • Strong command of CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred (3+ years).

    • Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.

    • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).

    • Hands-on experience with SuperTrump, CPQ tools, or other pricing platforms a plus.

    • Proven record of implementing system/process improvements.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environment.

    • Experience in the transportation, trucking, or captive finance industry is a strong plus.

    • Project management experience or exposure to agile methodologies.
