    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and 6 years of project management experience in implementing large to enterprise-scale complex projects

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. (May substitute required experience with additional years of education on a one-to-one year basis).

    + Two years of healthcare project/program management experience.

    + Epic analyst experience.

    + Understanding of cybersecurity, radiology systems, and Microsoft AI and data-enabled platforms (NebulaONE, Flywheel, Beekeeper, Subsalt, Fabric, etc).

    Job Summary:

    Plans, executes, and finalizes several small to large-scale projects simultaneously and according to strict deadlines and within budget. Defines the project's objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.

    Job Duties:

    + Assist in the creation and coordination of new collaborations, initiatives, and special projects to include conducting industry analysis to support the development and sustainability of new collaborations, initiatives, programs and special projects.

    + Lead all aspects of collaboration, initiative and program project management, including identifying teams, coordinating efforts, aligning goals, and managing schedules and plans. Coordinates utilization of subject matter experts in the business units to assist in the identification, validation, and resolution of functional needs. Collaborate with internal and external executive-level stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.

    + Act as a liaison between internal departments, U.T. System institutions and external partners.

    + Ability to work on concurrent projects varying in scale (small to large) in cost, risk, and size.

    + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate collaboration, initiative and program goals, objectives, status and outcomes.

    + Attend onsite and offsite meetings, as required, to support the successful implementation and continuation of collaborations, initiatives and programs.

    + Provide daily project management for the One UT Health collaborations including Cyber Mutual Aid, System-wide Radiology (VNAs, PACS, Nighthorns, etc.), ERP Strategy (exploring strategic relationship with Workday/Oracle/UT Share), Collaborative projects related to Microsoft/Abridge/AWS).

    + Adheres to project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools, capturing best practices, and identifying areas for process improvement.

    + Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, end users, and suppliers, and manage their expectations as well as ensure their accountability.

    + Fundamental understanding of IT systems and architecture.

    + Critical thinking.

    + Flexibility.

    + Ability to serve as a change agent.

    + Ability to provide encouragement and to stimulate innovative thinking under adverse conditions and short deadlines.

    + Ability to lead large-scale projects, which may include those requiring multi-disciplinary coordination and significant vendor collaboration.

    + Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.

    + Self-motivated, decisive, strong problem-solving and analytic skills as well as the ability to handle urgent and multiple unplanned priorities.

    + Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, at all levels of management.

    + Ability to create and promote a culture of excellent customer service.

    + In-depth understanding of human relations, group dynamics, change theory, and improvement methodologies.

    + Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including agile, scrum, waterfall, etc.

    Salary Range:

    $95,538 – $109,870 Actual salary commensurate with experience.

    Work Schedule:

    Partial Remote, on-site as needed. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion. Must be willing to travel as needed.
