    Position Overview:

    The Administrative Specialist provides administrative support in a variety of functions to selected members on the Executive Team, Program Operations, as well as other individuals within the organization as needed. Responds to and/or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources to appropriate parties or responses. Responsible for creating reports and distributing them on a regular schedule. Provides support to team members with project management activities, as requested.

     

    This is a Part-time position, 3 days per week, in office from 8am - 4:30pm.

    Position Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Lived experience receiving OPWDD services preferred

    + One year of clerical or administrative experience preferred .

    + Familiarity with I/DD provider agencies, OPWDD, or Health Homes preferred.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Perform clerical duties. Clerical duties may include: management of mail, operating office equipment, typing, greeting visitors, and answering phone.

    + Communicate and collaborate with internal and external “customers” effectively.

    + Responsible for receiving and distributing confidential Company Mail, faxes, letters, memos, etc.

    + Works collaboratively with Customer Service Specialist to identify opportunities to provide support with role including, but not limited, to intake survey process and monitoring and responding to team Microsoft E-mail Mailboxes.

    + Works collaboratively with Administrative Specialist on tasks they can provide support with including, but not limited to providing coverage with note taking for meetings, coverage with in office tasks (mail, phone, etc.), managing and responding to Microsoft team e-mail boxes, and other tasks identified.
