OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a **Receptionist** for our Florida Regional Office, in Tampa, FL.
The Receptionist for a construction office provides customer service and support to the team, as well as customers, guests, vendors and subcontractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Pick up, open and distribute mail – including sending of overnight packages from front desk
+ Receive overnight packages/general deliveries and distribute to correct person
+ Answer all incoming calls for busy regional office – transferring to correct people/departments, etc.
+ Light data entry
+ Accounts payable duties
+ Greet customers/clients
+ Order office supplies
+ Organize/keep clean common areas of the office including kitchenette/office supply room/conference rooms
+ Oversee building maintenance calls/complaints with leasing agent
QUALIFICATIONS
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 1 year of experience in an office setting
+ Proficient with MS Office Programs
+ Great communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Experience with filing systems
+ Experience with data entry
+ Self-motivated
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
