    Job Summary

    Administrative leader in charge of day-to-day operations of our Pain Management and Therapy Program at Unifour Pain Treatment Center.

    COMPANY DESCRIPTION

    Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers.

    Essential Functions

    * New business development

    * Personnel management

    * Management of labor and supply budgets on a weekly/monthly and annual basis

    * Maintain effective clinical and administrative workflow.

    * Design and implementation strong recruitment and retention plan for staff and providers

    * Management of staff development and training/education programs

    * Work closely with providers and Medical Director to ensure that all quality and safety measures are in place for positive outcomes.

    * Appropriate escalation of patient, staff and provider concerns to risk management and Patient Safety Officer

    * Development and implementation of appropriate growth and outreach initiatives to promote clinic services and surgical interventions.

    Minimum Education

    Bachelor's degree required

     

    Minimum Work Experience

    Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
