Description We are looking for a skilled Revenue Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving data-informed strategies across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. This position will focus on creating actionable insights from complex data sets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing revenue operations systems to support organizational growth. Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and delivery of advanced analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions across revenue-generating functions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement data-driven initiatives.
• Partner with the Data & AI team to enhance data collection methodologies and introduce sophisticated data capture processes.
• Work closely with the Revenue Operations Systems team to optimize CRM configurations and workflows, ensuring accurate data capture.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and interactive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on effective data analysis and reporting practices.
• Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and lead strategic projects to address critical business needs.
• Ensure that CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce are utilized effectively for reporting and insights generation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and support business growth. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics or reporting roles within fast-paced environments, ideally in the software or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, with expertise in reporting and dashboard creation.
• Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams within a revenue operations framework.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving improvements based on data insights.
