• Solutions Architect Engineer - Enterprise Platform

    Description What You’ll Do:

    Architect secure, scalable backend systems and coordinate implementation across teams

    Design APIs, microservices, and modular integration frameworks

    Build compliance into architecture from the ground up (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, etc.)

     

    Guide cloud-native design, DevOps pipelines, and containerized deployments (AWS/GCP)

     

    Serve as a cross-functional lead across Engineering, Security, Product, and Operations

     

    Lead modernization efforts for legacy infrastructure

     

    Contribute to Etactics’ long-term roadmap, including AI/ML architectural assessments

     

    Mentor developers and promote best practices in code quality and system reliability

    What You Bring:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

     

    10+ years of professional software development experience

     

    3+ years in an enterprise-level architecture or solutions engineering role

     

    Strong experience with Java or similar backend languages

     

    Demonstrated expertise in secure architecture and regulatory compliance frameworks

     

    Deep understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven design

    Experience designing systems in regulated environments (healthcare a plus)

    Mastery of relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL

     

    Proven experience with CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration (Docker, ECS/Kubernetes)

     

    Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging queues

    Experience or interest in designing architectures for AI/ML integration preferred
