    Description We are looking for a dedicated Technical Account Manager to join our team in Orem, Utah. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client needs. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical and strategic support.

    • Deliver advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide clients in optimizing the use of products or services.

    • Design and implement account strategies to align client objectives with company offerings, identifying opportunities for growth and enhanced collaboration.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical challenges efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.

    • Manage client onboarding processes, overseeing the configuration, implementation, and training phases for new products or services.

    • Monitor client systems and services to proactively identify potential issues and recommend enhancements.

    • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, usage metrics, and insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Advocate for client needs within the organization, driving continuous improvement in products and services.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions to meet evolving client needs. Requirements • Proven experience in account management or technical support roles within the Information Technology industry.

    • Strong understanding of SBA 7(a) loans, commercial loans, and loan origination processes.

    • Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to work with documentation and reporting tools.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    • Familiarity with onboarding processes, including configuration and training for client-facing solutions.
