    Description

    Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Manager for a very exciting organization! As the Accounting Manager, you will lead the day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role will be responsible for managing the monthly close process, maintaining the general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP, preparing financial statements, and supporting financial audits. The Accounting Manager will also play a key role in building and improving accounting processes, implementing scalable systems, and supporting strategic decision-making as the company grows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic setting, can shift easily between high-level strategy and detailed execution, and has a strong foundation in technical accounting. Experience in a startup or high-growth company is highly preferred, along with proficiency in accounting software and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.     Requirements

    5+ years of experience in accounting

     

    Bachelor's degree in accounting REQUIRED
